This is a highly effective trouble-shooting option that can allow our representatives to directly view what is happening on the computer controlling your instrument. What was previously done through phone calls, emails and faxes can now be viewed directly in Real-Time.
What do you need?
- A high-speed internet connection available through the computer controlling the instrument. This is most often supplied through the customer’s existing network infrastructure.
- Any current Operating System will work: Win95, Win98, Win2000, WinXP
